Is the Star Pack a monthly charge?

YES! You will be charged monthly for access to the Star Crew. Your payment will come out on the day of the month that you signed up.

Are your live classes available to replay if we can't make it to class?

YES! All classes are recorded and you can watch the replay of every class.

Can we cancel our subscription at anytime?

YES! You have the ability to cancel or pause your subscription by logging in to the website and adjusting your subscription in the customer portal.

I got a new Debit/Credit card how do I change my information?

Make sure you log into the website and update your information via your customer portal dashboard.

How do I access/navigate the Mighty App?

After signing up for the Star Crew you will receive an email that will land in your spam inbox with the link you will need to sign up for Mighty. You will then need to download the app on your iPad and Phone. Once you are approved you will watch a video set in place to help you navigate the Mighty App.

How do I access the classes?

You will access the classes via the Mighty App and I conduct classes via Zoom. Make sure you download Zoom to your phone, laptop, and iPad.

How do I become Star Crew member?

You will head to the Star Pack listing under the Star Crew Classes menu option. There you will find all the information about the Star Crew. Add to cart-Checkout-and let your journey begin.

What app do yo use for your digital art?

I use Procreate. You can find it located in your App Store. It is ONLY an apple compatible app. You can not access this app without an Apple iPad.

Can I use any stylus or do I have to have an Apple Pencil?

You can not use Procreate to is fullest capabilities unless you have an Apple Pencil. A knock of brand stylus will not be able to be used with Procreate. You also can not use the USB-C Apple Pencil with Procreate. It does not have pressure sensitivity. Your only options will be the Gen 1, Gen 2, or Apple Pencil Pro.

What iPad do I need to use Procreate?

This is a very loaded question. Its hard to tell you the exact one as I don't know your financial situation. However, I can tell you that you will need an iPad that is compatible with an Apple Pencil and has more than 64GB of storage.

How long will it take to receive my order?
